NEW RECORDING
MusicaNord`s artistic director, Michael Süssmann, has released a CD with entirely Norwegian music (ARENA Records). Two of Edvard Grieg`s violin sonatas are featured (No 1 & 3), and also the first of Thomas Tellefsen`s violin sonatas, - a work forgotten until re-discovered some 20 years ago. Together with Natalia Strelchenko at the piano the duo gives the G major sonata by Tellefsen a well earned comeback, hand in hand with Edvard Grieg.

NEW TOUR IN ASIA
In cooperation with the music conservatory of Singapore and pianist and professor Albert Tiu, MusicaNord is invited to do concerts  as well as masterclasses in Singapore, Brunei, and in Medan in Indonesia.  Michael Süssmann, violin, will during 16 days perform recitals together with professor Tiu as well as masterclasses in the 3 countries, starting 11.January.
